WARRANTY

Unless otherwise noted herein, all products and services sold through RADHAUSPDX.com are covered under the RADHAUS Trust It 30-day limited guarantee, with repair or replacement at the sole discretion of RADHAUS.
All dates and timeframes noted herein are in reference to the date of delivery; if no proof of delivery date is available the dates and timeframes noted herein are in reference to the date of purchase.
Additional warranty coverage is applicable as noted below.


NEW STANDARD PRODUCTS
All standard products are covered under the applicable manufacturer warranty. Please consult the appropriate manufacturer for additional details.

NEW CUSTOM PRODUCTS
All custom products are covered under the applicable manufacturer warranty. Please consult the appropriate manufacturer for additional details.

USED / DEMO / REFURBISHED PRODUCTS
Unless otherwise documented in a specific agreement from RADHAUS and/or the original manufacturer, standard retail warranty coverage applies only to a product’s original owner and is not transferrable to used, demo, refurbished, or other second use products.
Used bicycle frames, sold individually or as part of an assembly, are covered by the RADHAUS Trust It 90-day guarantee, with repair or replacement at the sole discretion of RADHAUS. Unless otherwise documented in a specific agreement all other parts and components (forks, wheels, and other components and/or parts) are excluded from any warranty coverage regardless of condition at the time of sale.

RADHAUS does not provide direct warranty service or accept returns of items purchased through any third-party, including authorized RADHAUS resellers. Requests for warranty service related to any items purchased from any third-party must be made directly to the third-party at the point of purchase, and are additionally subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party, which may differ from those of RADHAUS.

Customers are solely responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with any warranty return or other service. All returned items must be shipped freight pre-paid. Please use a package delivery service able to track and/or insure your return items.

To request applicable warranty service for your RADHAUS purchase please submit the Warranty Request Form below before the expiration of the applicable warranty period.
