PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All payments for services and/or custom products are deposits to be considered part of a total order payment and are non-refundable unless specifically authorized in advance.

PRODUCT PAYMENTS
This Site’s eCommerce platform accepts all major credit cards via a 3rd party payment processor. Certified/Bank checks are accepted for some orders with pre-approval.

SERVICES & CUSTOM ORDER PAYMENTS
Invoices for services and custom products are payable by credit card, bank check or bank transfer. Cash is accepted for in-person payments only. Any international payments and/or digital payment methods incurring surcharges or fees will be applied in equal amount to the invoice total (generally 3%-5% when applicable).

Excluding issues covered under our Warranty Policy, RADHAUS does not accept returns or issue refunds on custom products. Please order carefully and accordingly, and commit to your purchase before placing a custom order. Once it pops, you can't stop.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RADHAUS accepts product returns for refunds or exchanges on new, unused, unblemished stock products with the appropriate Return Authorization. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with shipping to and from RADHAUS for returns or exchanges.
