CANCELLATION + RETURN POLICY

RADHAUS makes every reasonable effort to provide accurate product and service information, including additional information when requested. The ultimate responsibility for ordering the correct size, material, and format are the sole responsibility of the customer.

RADHAUS accepts requests to cancel unshipped orders of standard products when the request is made within 48-hours of order placement. RADHAUS is not able to cancel orders of standard products after they have been prepared for shipment. RADHAUS does not accept cancelation of custom orders once they are placed.

After an order cancelation request is received and approved a refund for the applicable purchase price will be applied to the method of payment used for the original transaction(s). Refunds are generally processed within 3 business days and a notice of the refund will be sent to the email address on file. Please allow time for the refunded amount to be credited to your account; though generally less, some payment providers take as many as 30 days to issue account credits.

RADHAUS accepts returns on any unopened or unused products purchased directly from RADHAUS within 30 days of purchase. To obtain warranty service or return information or to arrange a return of items purchased direclty from RADHAUS simply fill out the form below with relevant information to request a Return Authorization.

Returns on stock products with a sale price of $150 or more may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Exchanges are accepted on new and unused stock products only.

Items requiring refinishing or other cosmetic repair may be subject to additional charges.

Excluding issues covered under our Warranty Policy, RADHAUS does not accept returns or issue refunds on custom products, nor does RADHAUS accept returns of items purchased through any third-party, including authorized RADHAUS resellers. Requests related to any items purchased from any third-party must be made directly to the third-party at the point of purchase, and are additionally subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party, which may differ from those of RADHAUS.

Customers are solely responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with any return or other service. All returned items must be shipped freight pre-paid. Please use a package delivery service able to track and/or insure your return items.
