The CAMPESTRAL 31.8 Decaleur is a lightweight mounting solution for handlebar bags compatible with 8mm rails. Installs in minutes via a split clamp that lets you keep existing levers/grips/tape in place. Available with stainless steel or titanium hardware and optional shim set for 22.2mm or 26.0mm handlebars.
