3M industrial Scotch-Brite™ silicon carbide mineral products are the only medium recommended for applying brushed or grain pattern surface finishes on titanium materials such as bicycle frames and outdoor sports gear.

This is the same product used by RADHAUS and other titanium finishing services to create a Bright Brushed surface appearance and is ideal for maintaining the cosmetic appearance of your bike and gear.

• Great flexibility and conformability to blend surface scratches and create a consistent "brushed" finish on many metals, wood and synthetic surfaces.

• Springy nylon web fibers conform to irregular surfaces to create uniform results.

• Silicon carbide minerals are extremely heat resistant and can be applied to hot welds, allowing for cosmetic clean up and blending without waiting.

• Individual pads measure approx. 107x150 (mm).

PRO TIP: After using the Scotch-Brite™ pad to create the desired surface finish on titanium or stainless steel, allow a light application of Simple Green™ to soak for a few seconds before rinsing with hot water and allowing the material to completely air dry. To prevent “mirror” smudges from fingerprint oils and create a barrier against general crud build-up, apply a coat of Pedro’s Bike Lust™.
